Sybet Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1 General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Sybet platform (sybet.ws) and all associated services. Sybet is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated for members in Bangladesh.

In this document, "Sybet", "we", or "the platform" refers to the entity operating sybet.ws. "Member", "user", or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

By using any Sybet service, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following requirements must be met to register on Sybet:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, Sybet reserves the right to verify your age using your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your Sybet account. Never share your password or login details with anyone.

• Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect any unauthorized transaction on your account, notify Sybet support immediately.
• Each mobile number and email address can only be linked to one account.
• Contact support to update your account information.

Sybet will never ask to access your account without a legitimate reason. If anyone claiming to be from Sybet requests your password, treat it as suspicious immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

Sybet currently supports the following payment methods:

• Sybet does not charge any additional fees for deposits.
• Account details and payment information must match at the time of deposit.
• Payments from third-party mobile numbers or bank accounts are not accepted.
• If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact Sybet support.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Sybet:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal for standard members is ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Requests made after midnight may be processed the following morning.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first meet the required wagering conditions and be converted to your main balance before withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply strictly to all betting activity on Sybet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and you choose to use it.
• Both pre-match and live betting are available on Sybet.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will be considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Sybet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any bet placed after the outcome of an event has been determined will be considered void.

In the event of a dispute, Sybet's decision is final. However, members may raise an objection through support within 48 hours, and it will be reviewed.

7 Bonus Terms

All Sybet bonuses and rewards are subject to the general conditions below. Each bonus may also carry its own specific terms.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 5x the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• If the same person claims a bonus using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Expired bonus balances will be automatically forfeited.
• If bonus abuse (including arbitrage betting or match fixing) is proven, the account will be closed.
• Sybet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sybet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for personal gain.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour toward other members.

9 Responsible Gaming

Sybet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial or emotional harm. That's why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to close your account temporarily or permanently.
• Betting limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Support & Referrals: Information on professional support organisations is available if needed.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Sybet reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• At the member's own request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the main balance (excluding any bonuses) will be refunded.

11 Limitation of Liability

Sybet shall not be held liable for the following:

• Betting opportunities missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If a member's information or account security is compromised due to their own negligence.
• Issues relating to third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

Sybet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified via their registered mobile number or email.

• Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
